Conventions of a double page spread

·         Drop Cap – large capital letter at the beginning of the article.

·         Main Image – image showing who the article is about.

·         Main Heading – tells the audience what the article is focused on.

·         Stand First – tells the audience a summary of the article.

·         Byline – who has written the article.

·         Text – set out in columns.

·         Page Numbers – shows the reader the number of the page.
